1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the ua888 platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the ua888 platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access the platform.

2 Eligibility

ua888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration and KYC

To access the full range of ua888 services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number.

ua888 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. As part of KYC, you may be required to submit:

• A valid government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., PhilSys ID , UMID, Passport, Driver's License, or SSS/GSIS card)
• Proof of current residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within the last three months)
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document
• Additional documentation as may be required by ua888's compliance team

KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. ua888 reserves the right to suspend account activity, including deposits and wagers, pending completion of KYC verification. All information submitted is handled in accordance with the ua888 Privacy Policy.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following terms apply to all financial transactions on ua888:

• Deposits are credited to your ua888 account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. ua888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and verified through the KYC process. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ua888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and offer-specific terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.

The following general bonus terms apply to all ua888 promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. ua888 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately. Real money funds are used first in all wagers unless otherwise specified.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the ua888 platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. ua888 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

By participating in any game on ua888, you acknowledge and agree that:

7 Prohibited Conduct

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ua888 platform — including but not limited to the ua888 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ua888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ua888 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ua888 content without prior written consent.
• Use the ua888 brand, logo, or any associated trademarks for any commercial purpose.
• Create derivative works based on ua888 content or software.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the ua888 platform on any other website or application.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

10 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, server outages, or internet connectivity issues beyond ua888's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account suspension resulting from prohibited conduct.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

ua888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ua888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

ua888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, ua888 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach (e.g., player-initiated closure or regulatory instruction), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your ua888 account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

12 Responsible Gaming

ua888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, where applicable, or to the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to specific game outcomes or transaction processing, ua888's internal dispute resolution process must be exhausted before any external escalation. To initiate a dispute, contact ua888 customer support with full details of the issue within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. ua888 will respond to all disputes within ten (10) business days.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ua888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly.

For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — ua888 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms) may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of the ua888 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using ua888 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
